Emotional Freedom Technique
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a non-invasive, alternative treatment for emotional distress and physical pain. It’s also referred to as “tapping” or psychological acupressure.
EFT tapping stimulates the body’s meridian points. It works by intentionally focusing on a specific problem: emotions, pain, limiting beliefs. Tapping on these meridian points, while concentrating on accepting and resolving the problem, allows the energy to be released, restoring the body to a balanced state.
